How does holistic counselling work?
Holistic counselling sees the person as the sum of many interconnected aspects. The holistic counsellor considers the client's physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual welfare and recognizes that each affects the other and that treating these components alone is ineffective.
What distinguishes counselling from holistic counselling?
Traditional counselling typically aims to identify and resolve a specific 'issue' while concentrating primarily on the client's mental health. Holistic counselling has a broader emphasis and views the current "issue" as a component of a more complicated and multifaceted system. Holistic counselling aims to enable individuals to understand themselves better, increase awareness of their emotional states and behaviour patterns, and build tactics and routines that encourage healthy modifications in behaviour and way of life.
A holistic approach recognizes that the whole comprises many parts; the holistic counsellor may suggest additional complementary modalities to help the person through life best.
Client-Centred Approach

Solution-Focused Approach
In a solution-focused counseling session, a client facing relationship difficulties might explore their strengths and past successes. By discussing instances when the client successfully communicated and connected with their partner, our counselor helps the client recognize their existing skills. This approach encourages the client to apply these strengths to current challenges, fostering positive change and renewed hope within the relationship. We have made quality our habit. It’s not something that we just strive for – we live by this principle every day.
